bug Wise JetSearch

Hi  ! I have just find out your good and nice utility tool  " Wise JetSearch " What  has make my task   very easy . Now I can find out  any kinds  of files and folders .But I have a problem with this tool . I can't search or find out any kinds of files in my  "Transcend 1tb storejet "  external HDD. Please fix this problem.

Yes , I tested on  my  "Transcend 1tb storejet "  external HDD this is the the model link if you don't mind ( https://amzn.to/2UC552U). And  the "  Wise JetSearch  "  is not able to search or find out any files from this HDD . I have also tested on my  Toshiba that is  ok.

Sorry, I just want to confirm it again.

Wise Jetsearch can list "Transcend 1tb storejet" HDD (you can choose this drive from the drop down arrow). But, wise jetsearch cannot find any file/folder of this HDD.
Can I connect to your computer to test this issue?
