Furthermore, I got this text - Here are some suggestions: Reload this webpage later. Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using. Error 21 (net::ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED): A network change was detected. Can anyone help me? I don't know much about tech.

xilolee
1) Check if the date/hour of your machine is correct 2) Did you install an antivirus/firewall/internet security? 3) Did you try to restart your modem/router/connection (and PC)? alexbach
I didn't use any Antivirus software but I do use 360 Internet Security on machine.
xilolee
It seems QIHOO 360 Internet Security now (it was "now" in 2015) "gets a new name – 360 Total Security Essential". Usually the "internet security" suites are antivirus + firewall. It seems the firewall used by QIHOO is the one provided by GlassWire. Therefore: maybe are you using two firewalls? (QIHOO's and microsoft's) Try to disable temporarily qihoo, just five minutes, and try to navigate (on safe websites, obviously you shouldn't navigate on unsafe ones). Are you using windows 7? 8? 8.1? 10? x64 or x86? alexbach and RidgeViz
alexbach
Yes, I am using Windows 10 (x64 bit version). Okay, I'll try disabling the QIHOO thingy. RidgeViz
alexbach
Okay, I tried everything. I even uninstalled my Internet Security tool and reinstalled Chrome without it. However, it didn't seem to work at all.
xilolee
Does this happen with other browsers? (MSIE, MS edge, Firefox, Vivaldi)
Rogerfedrer
Yeah, alexbach I would suggest you change the DNS settings and for this follow these simple steps: 1. At first, open command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter. 2. Then, you'll get the message that the DNS was flushed now close the program and check for the problem. alexbach
What do I do after flushing the DNS? Restart the system or reinstall the Chrome Browser?
Rogerfedrer
No no you can restart your system and run your browser this will fix your issue there is no need to reinstall the Chrome Browser. alexbach and RidgeViz 1

KaranJohar
Hi, maybe you can try to read the following forum thread to understand your problem better - https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/Zt_1l4TJFnM Also, as @xilolee suggested, you should remove or block any ongoing services that might interrupt the process. Now, if you want to try out something for yourself, check this - https://validedge.com/err_network_changed/ Do let me know if this works. alexbach

edwardmartin755
I was also recently facing the network error so now I have changed the network mode which was unable to access the network so I have chosen the Best 5GHz Channel Routers which has given the best connectivity of the network.
