Even cannot move your mouse? And how about 'Delete'+'Ctrl'+'Alt' to open your task manger? If you cannot even open the task manger and move your mouse, then we suggest you restart your computer manually.

If you can open the task manger, then turn off the running on program which caused that situation with task manager.

When you receive error code 80070002 during windows updating, you need to cancel those temporary update files windows created for confirming pc update.

These steps to cancel them are as following:

Step1. Stop the windows update service.

Step2. Cancel the temporary updating files.

Step3. Restart Windows update service.

Step4. Manually run system to check windows update.

1. check network physical connection is normal or not.

2. keyboard Win+R, enter CMD.exe and running ipConfig, then check the IP address is normal or not. if IP normal, please run Pinggoogle.com (it can any website). if it can get return value, then the network is connected.

3. please run Wise PC 1stAid. NO.6 "Cannot open webpages when surfing internet".
