Malware invasion when Malwarebytes turned off service to renew sub. no idea why they would do that but now I'm fried.

NO updating no registry, says admin turned off but I'm admin and didn't, no wise care first aid cause says error, but lying. Have XP HPw17e There is nothing to SS except messages of "NO" and "Can't" and file missing and bogus admin changes.
