windows Media Player

Recommended Posts

I try to open a MP3 and it gives a message about media player not available, but it is in the computer and I cannot find anywhere to re-install a version for my win7 pro 64, all it offers in one for 7 N and I do not even know what this is. Any info would be really appreciated.

Thank you.

Melvin

1, You should confirm if this MP3 file can be played in another PC. (we should ensure the file is okay)

2, If you have changed Media Player settings, and you cannot reset it. you can restore it.

Open Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off, find Media Features and untick it. Then restart PC

When PC restart, re-open Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off, find Media Features and tick it.

Windows Media Player will be restore to default settings.

3, You can install third-party media plugins, such as K-Lite Codec Pack.
