How to activate/register Wise Care 365 Pro

 

1) Download and install the latest version of Wise Care 365. (If you have installed Wise Care 365, skip this step)

2) Run Wise Care 365

3) Click “Full version” button on the upper right.

    

4) Click 'Activate your license key' button,

   

5) Enter your name, email, and your license key (copy & paste) in the form.

    
6) Click 'Register'to activate the full version

How to ON/OFF floating window

 

1) Right click Wise Care 365 Tray icon in Window notification area.

    If you cannot find it, please run Wise Care 365 first. 

    

2) Click 'Show Floating Window', then it will be displayed on desktop.

3) If you want to see it while Wise Care 365 is running, right click on floating window

    

4) Click Settings

   

5) Select 'Display floating window automatically when running Wise Care 365'

6) Click 'OK' to save settings.

How to enable scheduled task of wise care 365

 

1) Run Wise Care 365

2) Click ON/OFF button on the lower left corner

    

3) In the Schedule Task window, set up your task

    Silent Mode: run task in background, without open program window. (It is a Pro feature.)

    Run Type: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, On Idle, At Login

   

4) Click 'OK' to save your task.

How to customize PC Checkup items

 

1) Run Wise Care 365

2) Click 'Custom' button

    

3) Click Settings

4) IN settings window, click Custom Checkup tab

    

5) Click items to expand, then Select/Deselect items which you want to scan and fix.

6) Click 'Save' to save settings.

How to change theme

 

1) Run Wise Care 365

2) Click 'Themes' button

  

3) Click your favorite theme.

4) Also, you can click 'Custom photo theme',  then select a photo you love 

  

5) Drag the scroll bar can change theme effect.

How to change avatar

 

1) Run Wise Care 365

2) Click avatar area

    

3) System Avatar tab, select an avatar you love

    

4) Custom avatar tab, click 'Local Picture' button to select a image you love

How to get back my license key

 

1) Click Here to open the retrieve page.

2) Select your product: Wise Care 365.

3) Enter the email address you used when you purchase the product.

4) Click 'Send License Key' button

5) Log in your email, check inbox and spam box.

How to renew my license key

 

1) Click Here to open renewal page.

2) Select your product: Wise Care 365

3) Enter the email address you used when you purchase the product

4) Click 'Renew Now' button

5) Select your renewal type: 1 Year License or Lifetime License

6) When your payment is completed, your renewal is successful.

 

Notice: You do not need to register again. We simply expand the expiration period of your license key. So please rest assured to use the present Pro one.

How to change temperature unit (F/C)

 

1) Run Wise Care 365

 

2) Click Custom->Settings->General

   

 

3) Find out Temperature Unit

  

 

4) Select F/C

 

5) Click Save to save settings and close window.

 

Next start, you will see the correct unit.

How to create Portable version of Wise Care 365

 

1) Run Wise Care 365

2) Click Custom->Settings->General

    

3) Click button Make Portable Version 

   

4) Specify the location you want to save (e.g, C:\Users\xxx)

5) Click Save to start

 

The file WC365Portable.zip is the portable version of Wise Care 365. You can save it in removable device and run wise care 365 in other computer.

How to install/uninstall Wise Care 365

 

Install

1) Download Wise Care 365 from download center.

2) Find out the installer file (named WiseCare365.exe) and double click it.

3) Then the installer will start automatically and will guide you through the rest of the installation process.

 

 

Uninstall

 

   Win XP:

   1) Click Start->(Settings->) Control Panel

     

   2) Click Add or Remove Programs

   3) Find out Wise Care 365 in the list

   

   4) Click Remove and follow the prompts to remove the application from your computer.

 

   Win vista/7

   1) Click Start->Control Panel

   2) Programs->Uninstall a program

   3) Find out Wise Care 365 in the list

   

   4) Click Uninstall and follow the prompts to remove the application from your computer.

 

   Win 8/8.1

   1) Move mouse to the lower right corner of desktop

   2) When you see Charms, click Settings->Control Panel

   

   3) Find out Wise Care 365 in the list

   

   4) Click Uninstall and follow the prompts to remove the application from your computer.

  

   Win 10

   1) Type programs and features in Cortana, then click it

  

   2) Find out Wise Care 365 in the list

  

   3) Click Uninstall and follow the prompts to remove the application from your computer.

Invalid Registration Code (license key)

 

When you type license key in the form to activate wise care 365, you may get this error message "Invalid license key, please input a valid key."

1) We suggest that you buy our software through official channels.

2) Please try copy and paste the key instead of typing letters one by one.

1) Please check your inbox and spam box firstly.

Does wise care 365 support my OS?

 

Wise Care 365 will run on any PC running Microsoft Windows XP or later. If you're running one of the following operating systems, it's OK to run Wise Care 365:

• Windows 8/8.1 (All Windows Editions, including both 32-bit and 64-bit)
• Windows 7 (All Windows Editions, including both 32-bit and 64-bit)
• Windows Vista (All Windows Editions, including both 32-bit and 64-bit)
• Windows XP (All Windows Editions, including both 32-bit and 64-bit)

Since Wise Care 365 is a small and quick program, it takes less memory and needs fewer hard drive requirements.

 

P.S. Wise Care 365 does not currently support Windows RT or Mac OS or Linux.

How to change/customize the floating window displaying items

 

The floating window of Wise Care 365 is very useful, you can monitor system performance without opening the task manager.

The floating window has two parts, the left part shows memory usage, and the right part shows temperature (CPU, Mainboard, GPU, Hard Drive). And it also can display CPU usage (but, this option is invisible).

 

How to customize it?

 

Method one,

Open Wise Care 365 -> Menu -> Settings -> Tray, select which item you want to display.

 

Method two,
1, Change the displaying temperature device.
Just click on the right part of the floating window, then you will see Processor, Mainboard, Hard Drive and Graphic Card temperatures. selecting device which you want to display.

2, Display CPU usage

a. Close Wise Care 365 and make sure the Wise Care 365 Tray is not running.

b. Open a folder

c. Enter %appdata%\wise care 365 in address bar

d. Find and open config_tray.ini

e. Find ShowTipS=32, change its value to 128

f. Save it.

 

P.S,

CPU usage is 128
CPU temperature is 32
Mainboard is 16
Hard Drive is 8
GPU is 64

How to use the WiseClener coupon code?

 

Currently, the store of WiseCleaner supports 2 platform coupon codes - Avangate.com and Regnow.com, but their shopping cart are different. So,

 

1, When you get a coupon code, you should to confirm the coupon code belongs to / can be used in which platform.
Coupon code of Avangate is random numbers/characters, e.g, GFTCPA
Coupon code of Regnow is much standard, e.g, WUDO-8ANV-ERTR

2, If your coupon code is Regnow, please open www.wisecleaner.com/order.html, then  select product and go into cart

3, In Regnow cart, you will see these words - Have a coupon or promotional code? Enter code here, under the Product name, it is clickable, just click it, then you will see a blank box, fill in your coupon code, do not forget to click Update button. After that, you will see a new total price.

4, If your coupon code is Avangate, please email to WiseCleaner Sales team, tell us that you want to use avangate to purchase wisecleaner product, do not forget to tell us the product name/license type.

 

5, When you enter avangate cart, tick the option - I have a discount coupon, then fill in  your code, and click the update icon. After that, you will see a new total price.

How to update my payment information?

Currently, we use 3 platforms to receive payments, PayPal, Mycommerce, and Avangate. If you want to change (update) your billing information (creadit card information), please follow belowing steps:

PayPal:
1, Sign in your PayPal account.
2, Click the gear icon in the upper right corner, you can update your personal information

3, Click Wallet tab, you can update your Cards information.

 

Mycommerce:
1, Open Mycommerce order lookup page. 
2, Type your email address and Order ID to search your order

3, Click the item you ordered

4, Find Billing Information, click Update billing information

 

Avangate:
1, Open Avangate customer page. 
2, If you are the first time to use it, you need to create a new account

3, After sign in your account, choose Payment Methods tab, here you can update your payment information
