tgill123 Posted May 28, 2015 Report Share Posted May 28, 2015 I was installing Microsoft Office in the background I had a couple of browsers open and everything froze control/alt/delete didn't help never brought up task manager so I had to do a hard shut down after 10 minutes of nothing.
