Not able to access into the Pen Drive.

Dear Wise PC 1stAid Team, I used to access the pen drive, but suddenly, i am not able to get access to pendrive.

Whenever, I try to access pendrive after detection, it is showing sub icon in the pendrive.

After the appearance of the sub icon, i try to click on it.

But i am unable get access into pen drive.

It shows the error RunDll file error, problem opening the drive.

My Laptop specifications are INTEL i3 processor, 4 GB RAM, WINDOWS 7 OS.

Note: Screen shots are unavilable, so kindly process my request.
