Hi, If back to default setting can not solve your problem, try to uninstall it. 1, Start---Control Panel----Programs----Uninstall a program----View installed updates, select Windows Internet Explorer 10, uninstall 2, Restart system, check whether the IE 9 has the same problem. If IE 9 is all right, you can update to IE 10 or just using IE 9. If not, continue to step 3 3, Try to turn off IE 9------restart system----turn on IE 9 again 4, If the step 3 still can not solve the problem, re-install your Windows 7 system. Or, do not use IE again, use Chrome/ Firefox or other browser.

  5. Hi, Thank you for your suggestion. But, scanning recoverable files with Wise Disk Cleaner does not concern with the format of the files. The deleted files will be found as long as they have been written in FAT (File Allocation Table) when the deleted files saved. While the deleted file will not be found if the location of the previous file storage allocation list was covered by new files.

  8. What time do you back up your system, before the problem occurred? If yes, it's a good news. Control panel---System and Security---Backup and restore, select a backup period to restore your system. But my suggestion is restart system and press F8, select Repair your computer, follow the step select System Image Recovery, Next....

You can try those: 1, Install an anti-virus software and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware , restart system and press F8 to run Safe mode, using anti-virus software and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware do a full scan. 2, Run Wise Care 365---System Tuneup----Startup manager, disable unknown programs. 3, Start----type msconfig.msc in search bar-----General, select Diagnostic Startup . 4, Restart system.

  16. Did the CD or DVD sound like was vibrating inside as a sign of being read when you put it into your computer's corresponding driver? If you got that sound, put them to another computer to check whether they can be played in another computer. Then it is the CD or DVD's problem if they can not be played in another computer.
