On another machine I ran the same utility 'that my PC was running slow' and since I have not been able to login to the internet it keeps saying 'acquiring network'. I have performed the following : 1. Rebooted pc 2. Input netwrok key 3. Deleted Avast Operating system: Vista System root: C:\windows Fixed the problem by restoring but PC back to being slow!!
