  1. If you used bitlock, you have no other choice but to enter the password. While if just restricted permission, please right-click on that folder, choose 'properties", click on "security", choose "Administator" , just add all the permissions. Thanks.

  11. Do you have another computer you could hook up your external hard drive to? You can always try a system restore on your computer. Or you could even try to uninstall and reinstall your external hard drive software on your computer? Maybe it needs to be updated? Thanks.

  14. Please directly launch the program in C:\Windows\System32\msconfig.exe. If it does not work, I suggest you copy the same program from another Windows 7 system and try to replace the corrupt one in the problematic system.   17. Chances are you deleted a file necessary for your DVD drive to work. Try the following: RIGHT click on "My Computer" Click on "Properties" Click on "Hardware" Click on "Device Manager" Click on the '' + " sign next to the entry for CD/DVD drives Find the drive that isn't working and right click on it. Choose "Uninstall" and follow through on doing that. Exit from there, and reboot the computer. Windows should "see" the drive as "new hardware" and reinstall the drivers for the drive. Now try a DVD in the drive again. Good luck

  20. Please try this way below. 1.Open your Date/Time Setting from the Window Task bar. 2. Set Correct Date and Time, Now Open “Internet Time Zone” Tab. Click on “Update Now” button so that it will start synchronizing yourinternet server timing.
