  3. Ciao Marcello Role! Non c'è per caso un codice di errore? Puoi mandare una schermata? Appare una schermata blu (BSOD) oppure semplicemente si interrompe lo store? Per esempio, io ho il firewall impostato in modo da bloccare quasi tutto e quindi mi appare il codice d'errore 0x80072efd. Se però attivo la regola in uscita per lo store, funziona come dovrebbe. Spero ti sia d'aiuto...!

Go to control panel -> all control panel items -> power options -> system settings, click change settings that are currently unavailable, scroll down till shutdown settings, check the state (ticked/selected or unticked/deselected ) of the first checkbox Turn on fast startup (recommended). If it's ticked, try to untick it and vice versa. Hope this helps!
