You can usually delete those folders with the windows cleanmgr utility: 1) Open an elevated command prompt (started as an administrator) 2) type: cleanmgr /sageset:65535 --- press enter (you can use another number that you can remember) 3) it will appear an advanced window for the cleanmgr utility: I usually tick all the checkboxes, you can do your choices and later click apply/ok. 4) type (in the command prompt): cleanmgr /sagerun:65535 --- press enter (if you have changed number at point 2, you should use THAT number) And the problem should be solved... Have you tried with the firewall disabled? (i.e. disable the fw, make your try, enable the fw)

I'm using regularly WRC 7.89.520 (and previous versions) in deep scan mode and I have got that entry still intact.
