  1. Try to disable fast startup: control panel, hardware and sound, power options, change what the power buttons do, change settings that are not currently available, untick turn on fast startup (recommended) Later, tick show dekstop icons, restart/reboot your pc and see if it will work...!

  17. Ehi... Hai novità? Ho trovato finalmente la "mia" soluzione al mio "problema" (che in teoria è uguale al tuo, ma...): ho ripristinato un backup del registro (che ho creato con wise registry cleaner prima di fargli fare danni ) e le impostazioni sono magicamente tornate a funzionare!!! Rifacendo la scansione completa, mi segnala 601 problemi nei componenti activex/com (oltre alle altre voci che ho eliminato del tutto) che evidentemente non vanno rimosse (magari in mezzo ce n'è qualcuna che si può eliminare, con cautela). Ora mi adopero per segnalare il problema agli sviluppatori. Modifica: il problema non sembra di wise registry cleaner: ho riprovato a ripulire tutto ma le impostazioni funzionano... Mah!

Alternatively, you could use windows defrag (right click your system hard drive, properties, tools, defragment now) 8) From windows vista onwards - Open your windows task manager, click the startup tab, disable non-essential things 9) Open msconfig.exe, click services tab, tick Hide All Microsoft Services, check carefully which services you can disable 10) Open taskschd.msc and check carefully if you have UNWANTED scheduled tasks. 11) Start wise registry cleaner (WRC): - Click registry defrag tab (near system tuneup, top-left corner) - Click analyse (top-right corner, green button) - Save your data in every other opened program and close everything (but neither windows, nor WRC!!!) - Click WRC's defragment button (top-right button, colored in green) and your pc will be restarted 12) Hopefully, you should have solved your problem!!!
