  6. Hi firhkiller Just like UCanFixIt said, did you used Wise PC 1stAid, then your pc has some problems, like blue screen or what? If yes, which function of Wise PC 1stAid did you used? @UCanFixIt: If Wise Care 365 don't create these 3 entries, it cannot run with Windows startup, it cannot calculate system startup time, it cannot remind user he need to clean junk files. Not all users save portable version in removable disk. Thanks again.

Please try this way: 1, Click Start menu, type cmd.exe in search box, right click it Run as administrator. 2, Type chkdsk c: /f /r and press Enter. (if your lost files are in D: drive, like this chkdsk d: /f /r) 3, When this work finish, run Wise Folder Hider again. 4, If you still cannot find your hidden files, try UCanFixIt suggestion.

Please notes, Wise Jetsearch can detect NTFS and FAT, not include EXFAT. Please check those two unlisted partitions, whether their format are EXFAT. 3, The default setting, eyes of the beholder wise see wisdom. If we change default settings as you wish,the default setting is eyes of the beholder wise see wisdom. If we change default settings as you wish, some one will ask us to select all drives to search as default settings. Thank you.
  10. Hi saad, In fact, disk defragment don't read or check the disk partitions, but disk eraser will do this. So, if your disk has some mistake of partitions, when you run disk defragment, it works well. But when you run disk eraser, it cannot work.

Advanced Cleaner, it will scan all drives of yours (C: & D: & E: ...) , just remove Invalid Shortcuts, not include its folder. (remove its folder is very dangerous, we don't know the folder whether contain other files.) Common Cleaner, it will scan C: drive, remove Invalid Start Menu, include invalid shortcuts and folder. Do you understand?
