Hey, Did you set up a exclusion list in WDC? We did some tests, but WDC and W365 have same result of Junk Files Created by Application. Please open %appdata%\Wise Disk Cleaner\, delete this folder or rename it. Then scan system again. About Maxthon cache file, as I said, wisecleaner don't support to clean it, the reason of wise care 365 can find its cache file is Maxthon stored its cache files in Windows temporary folder.

Hey xilolee, Thanks for your feedback. 1 and 2 translation problem, we will improve it. The folder "...." normally it was created by WFH v3, v4 won't use it again. Its properties is Hidden, just change your Folder View settings, then you won't see it again. If you still want to delete it, please email to [email protected], the staff can help you. The error message "Failed to load WiseFs.sys", normally you just need to restart system, then it will be registered automatically. If you have tied it, but it still didn't work, please registered it manually, or uninstall WFH, then reinstall it and reboot.

If you hide a file, you can not open it from Quick Access If you hide the folder, you can open the file from Quick Access. It is a bug, we will fix it as soon as possible.

So, when WRC run Deep Scan, list result, and you know what are they, which one can be safely removed, which one cannot be, even if you are not a registry expert. But, if a newbie, when he see so many entries, some are checked but else are not, he may be confused, maybe he will select all entries to remove. It is very dangerous, although WRC will backup registry before clean. So, we suggest newbie or common user use Fast Scan, it is safe and fast than Deep Scan.

Sorry for delay. In "Quick Access" it is a file/folder shortcut, file/folder is not exist in "Quick Access" So, wise folder hider hide file/folder, not its shortcut. You can still see the file/folder in Quick Access, but you can't open it.

First, I want to confirm: You installed which version of wise folder hider to hide files, then deleted it without unhide all files (not use uninstall program, just delete Wise Folder Hider folder directly), then which version did you reinstall?

You misunderstood Restore Point. Wise Care 365 doesn't create a Point, it just request Window system to create a Point. So, you should say Windows system took 185 seconds to create a restore point. If you have installed another similar cleaner, you can do a scan speed test.

well, you should misunderstood Wise Care 365 floating windows information. The number in blue ball, it is memory usage, not CPU usage.
