You means that you have found the file "boot.ini" in your computer? Like the snapshot If yes, please send the file "boot.ini" to us. -
It is so difficult to understand your problem. I don't know the device type, USB disk / USB mouse or others. 1, Install the device driver. (If it has a driver.) 2, Plug it in the rear USB port of the PC. 3, Plug it to another computer to test whether the device is good. 4, Plug another USB device to your computer to test whether the port is good.

Hi, Try following steps: 1, Run Wise Program Uninstaller to uninstall "hotspot shield" 2, Right-click Computer---Manage----Device Manage, find out Display adapters and double click it, ----Driver, can you see the Digital Signer as Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher? If not, click Roll Back Driver to roll back to a early version. If yes, click Uninstall, then re-install the driver. The driver version must be official and has Microsoft digital signer. You can download driver from the graphic's providers website.

Hi, Usually, system disk should be formatted before the installation of the new system to insure a clean new system. If higher version system installed on the basis of lower version system, you can choose the update mode to avoid the format of the system disk when installation is processing. Delete manually the system files of the lower version system after that. You have two choices now according to the situation you described. 1. If you have a backup of Win7, first restore your system to win7 and then update to win8 system. 2. Format system disk, install a new win8 system. -

Wise Care 365 Pro Disabled Power Management and Screensaver
wisecleaner_admin replied to dolphins's topic in Wise Care 365
Hi, Sorry to reply late. 1, You said that you uninstalled Wise Care 365, and reapplied your power management and screensaver settings, then rebooted and everything was working again. It is impossible. Wise Care 365 is only a tool to clean junk files which created by system and applications. It can not block power management and screensaver. And we have tested this on XP several times, but no problem on XP. And we will continue to test it. 2, Your camera software problem. You means after reinstalling software and drivers it is still giving your same problem. So, it is not wise care 365 delete some files cause your problem. If you have used System Optimizer in Wise Care 365, click System Tuneup----System Optimizer----System Default, reset system default settings. If you have used PC Checkup, click Custom Checkup---Security Projects, unchecked Windows Remote Desktop Connection, unchecked Windows Home/Private Firewall, unchecked Windows Public Firewall. Then click Start----Run---type services.msc press Enter, find out Terminal Services, double click it, reset its startup type as Automatic, OK, and restart system. 3, Reinstall your ATI graphics driver. 4, If you don't have enough technical knowledge, please never to use "GPU Tweak" to tweak your graphics. -
