Lost passwor. I tried clt+alt+delete as you suggested but there was no response. I t kept on asking for he password. F8 also did not work. Is there any other method by which i can open this computer? I am sending this mail from another computer. Thanks Kamala

I found my computer which I thought I had lost after six months but now I find I had forgotten the passwoed and am unable to open it.What should I do to operate it again. Thank you

I made the vol. shadow copy automatic as instructed but as the problem persisted I FOUND THE NETWORK, NETWORKfR AND made them also automatic. The Back up started working but it did not complete successfully. The last back up did not complete succssfully.It says "Windows back up failed while determining libraries location and one of the users included in the back up." Under details it says " A volume shadow copy service componentn enountered an unexpected error".
