WiseCleaner
It is too bad. You need to restore the system to a earliest restore point. The worst condition, you need to reinstall the system. I'm sorry about it.
John.sim1
I can't "restore" far enough back. I have 'backed up' my system and I have Windows 7 home premium DVD. Is it difficult to re-install the system? Any help would be appreciated thanks
WiseCleaner
What time do you back up your system, before the problem occurred? If yes, it's a good news. Control panel---System and Security---Backup and restore, select a backup period to restore your system. But my suggestion is restart system and press F8, select Repair your computer, follow the step select System Image Recovery, Next....
