takes a long time to load in and links useing ie also are way tooo slow. tried to download this again but wont down load because i have lates ie9 already on computer.

im running vista also windows updates wont load in

Is Windows update not working?

 

Left-click start, type cmd in the searchbox, press and hold (keep it pressed) ctrl shift Keys on your keyboard, press enter on your keyboard (the previous operations should have opened an elevated command prompt), copy the following line in the code, paste it in the command prompt (right-click with the mouse, paste), press enter on your keyboard, wait until it finishes, close the command prompt, restart your computer:

RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 4351

IE and all links using IE take 2-3 minuets to load in when clicking to open. all other browsers work ok
