I.e., you can check the help documentation, check the faq, send an email to support AT wisecleaner DOT com, search inside the forum, ask to the forum, and, probably, ask twitter, facebook and on the homepage (when any wisecleaner employee is online and at work!).

I am a simple moderator, but not an employee (hence, I could be available in weekends, when I am at home and have the time to respond... If I know the answer! :)).
