Slow start up

Pc takes about 2 minutes to start even with several processes and start up items disabled. The Wise PC 1stAid IS NOT a 1 click solution to the problem. It sends me to the system tune up, start up manager in Wise care 365, which I have already used to the best of my knowledge.
