freezing computer

when I played games on Facebook my computer freezing often. conf is pentium IV 2.8 GHz, 1.56 GB RAM OS WIN 7 Home Premium software and hardware is clean

Available physical memory: 1024 MB

CPU: Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 2.80GHz

Hi,

1, I think your available physical memory is not enough for Win 7, and I guess you don't have a video card. So you'd better to add your memory to 2GB or more.

2, Use a smaller antivirus software, e.g MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials)

3, Run Wise Care 365 to clean system junk files.

4, Run Wise Care 365 to optimize your system. 

    Startup Manager, disable useless startup programs and services.

    Context Menu, disable useless context menus.
