Default Mail Program

I want to change my default email program from yahoo to my current gmail address. When I go to the place I always used to change it, under internet options, that page is not there anymore and instead I see this. I think I deleted some files I must need to see the proper page. Can you tell me how to change my email default program?

 

I'm using Windows 7, IE10

That is exactly what I need, however when I click on the links provided, nothing happens. I even tried right clicking and choosing open, but nothing downloads! I'll search around and see if I can find a similar program. If you know of another link for this same kind of program, please let me know! Thanks so much!

I did go to the download page and the links still wouldn't  work in IE.  I also have Chrome installed and when I went there, I was able to download the link!  I don't know whether this will work now in both or just Chrome, but at least I have a way to respond to links using my gmail account in Chrome. Thanks much!
