You appear to be infected by malware. With that said, I'm hoping only the shortcuts are affected. So, can you try and access AVG from the system tray? If not, can you access and run either AVG or Malwarebytes from the actual program directories where they reside (by clicking the actual executable)? If not, you can try downloading and running the Microsoft Safety Scanner from here and see if you can execute that directly: http://www.microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
