wisecleaner_admin Posted January 8, 2014 Report Share Posted January 8, 2014 Hi, Please follow steps to solve it: 1, Make sure your current logon account has administrator permission. 2, Open Control Panel-----System and Security------Administrative Tools----Services, find out and double click Background Intelligent Transfer Service , click Startup type and select Automatic, cick OK to save. 3, Restart system. 4, Check updates again.
