L.Christopher
Everytime I boot the computer it runs for a while then I lose the ability to select any icons or the start menu or interact with the computer in anyway. I then do a reset using the soft reboot button. Usually then it would run fine. Although for the last two days even after the 2nd reboot I am no longer able to use the keyboard or the mouse which requires me to do another reset using the soft reboot button on the front of the machine. After this my machine tends to run well ( although not always ).
april
Please check the CPU and Power Supply Unit fan of your PC. Check the Disk surface with a professional disk diagnostic tool. Thank you for supporting our software.
L.Christopher
ok, thanks for the quick reply..appreciate it.. do you have any suggestions as to what disk diagnostic would be useful? Could this problem be a driver issue?
WiseCleaner
Hi, you can use the Windows's disk checking tool. It will check the drive for errors. Right click driver C (the system drive)-----Properties----Tools----Error-Checking----Check Now.
