O Windows se recuperou de um desligamento inesperado

desde que instaei o windows 7 isso vem acontecendo repetidas vezes. O que faço?

Have you clicked "exibir detalhes do problema" just to see additional informations?

Try to launch sfc /scannow (from an elevated command prompt) (it takes about 40 minutes)

Post the results, if they are not ok.

And any other informations that could help us to help you (if possible).
