walkerpbus
I have 1 Windows 7 machine at home (i'll call it home) installed with Wisecare 365 Free running perfectly. I've tried to install it also on another, whose chief difference is that it is where I work as a Retired Volunteer & that it has a network domain (i'll call it net). When I install it on the net computer, neither the PC Checkup nor the Startup checking work automatically. I've tried exporting the registry settings from home PC & importing them to net pc. I've tried completely cleaning the net PC with Revo uninstaller which uninstalls all traces including the registry before completion of the uninstall process. Menu Settings look visually OK. I've corresponded with their support & either I've interpreted them wrong or there's something I'm missing about their suggestions: NOTHING has served to change the situation. Can any out there makwe some suggestions?
WiseCleaner
Hi, 1, Do a test to check whether the System Task Scheduler is working well. click Start-----type Task Scheduler in search box-----run it as administrator----click Create Basic Task... on right window-----follow the wizard to create a task, Name------Trigger---Action--Start a program or display message----Finish. Restart system. 2, If the task can run well, open Task Scheduler again, delete tasks "Wise Care 365" and "Wise Care 365 Checkup Task", then run wise program uninstaller to uninstall wise care 365. Re-install the latest version of Wise Care 365, create new tasks, then restart system. 3, If step 2 cannot solve your problem, try following method. Execute at Windows Startup: click Start-----type Task Scheduler in search box-----run it as administrator----click Create Basic Task...----Name: Wise Care 365----Trigger: When I log on----Action: Start a program---specify the directory of wise care 365: WiseTray.exe---Finish. Auto Scan task: click Start-----type Task Scheduler in search box-----run it as administrator----click Create Basic Task...----Name: Wise Care 365 Check Task----Trigger: When I log on/ Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly----Action: Start a program---specify the directory of wise care 365: WiseCare365.exe (Add arguments: -s)---Finish. Auto Clean task: click Start-----type Task Scheduler in search box-----run it as administrator----click Create Basic Task...----Name: Wise Care 365 Check Task----Trigger: When I log on/ Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly----Action: Start a program---specify the directory of wise care 365: WiseCare365.exe (Add arguments: -c)---Finish.
