BSOD on reboot

Quite often, for no apparent reason, I get a "Blue Screen Of Death" if commanded to reboot. If I tap F8 and choose " Last good configuration . . ." all reboots O.K.

Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit / 4Gb RAM / 640Gb HDD / 3 year old Acer Aspire M5201 PC.

I tried to run a Blue Screen Of Death analysis program and got the message in the screenshot image. Can you help please?

Junkware removal tool (click)
superantispyware free (click)
sophos virus removal tool free (click)
MBAM free (click)
stinger 32 bit (click) or stinger 64 bit (click)
(according to your windows BIT version)
MS Safety Scanner 32 bit (click) or MS Safety Scanner 64 bit (click)
(according to your windows BIT version)
