xilolee Posted November 16, 2013 Report Share Posted November 16, 2013 Hi Renats! Click start, in the search box type msconfig and press enter. In the system configuration window that appears, check if it is ticked either normal startup or selective startup (with every option under it ticked). If everything is ok, check kb2642495 "The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed" error when you try to install a program in Windows 7 or Windows Vista (click) Hope this helps!
