HokageMateo Posted November 7, 2013 Report Share Posted November 7, 2013 Hi, my laptop is constanty freezing even before it can start up, I have reformatted my laptop twice now and it keeps happening, I cannot de anything not even move the mouse. Start up repair doesn't fix it, i've checked for malware done everything cannot find the problem. If the warranty has already expired, I think you could try to clean inside your pc, removing the dust carefully (phon/hairdryer and small soft brush). If the warranty has not already expired, or you think that you could damage your pc, you could carry your pc where you have purchased it. Hope this helps!
