proxy ser ver is not responding

Dear Sir,

There is a problem with internet connection and proxy server is not responding and the web page is not connected.

will u plz help me?

1. Check the network physical connection is normal or not.

2. Win + R keyboard, enter CMD.exe, run the ipconfig, then check the IP address is normal or not; if the IP is normal, run the ping google.com (can be any URL), if can get the return value, the network is connected.

3. run the Wise PC 1stAid, the NO, six issue "cannot open webpages when surfing internet "
