cassidyjt
Registry Editor message indicates Administrator disabled this feature. If so, this was done inadvertently - - my DVD/CD is no longer recognized as a device by the SYSTEM. Have attempted to trouble shoot the latter through the Control Panel - Device Mgr - but without success. Believe Glery Utilities and or CCleaner may have been the Utilities that were instrumental in my problems' creation. Glery automatically defragments H/D at startup. Glery also takes snapshot before and after it searches for malware and thus will not allow MSWindows XP to re-establish a working Configuration Point that was not created with GLERY UTILITIES. Can you help? jt Operating system:Microsoft Windows XP (32 bit) Service Pack 3 System root: C:\WINDOWS Available physical memory: 1407 MB CPU: Mobile Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.06GHz Drive Info: C: 55.89 GB Internet Explorer: 8.
