april Posted September 29, 2013 Report Share Posted September 29, 2013 Hi, First click on Start, then Run, type in "services.msc" without the quotes. When the page comes up, on the far right scroll down the list and doubleclick on Security Center. Where it says Startup, set from Disabled to Automatic. Just below that you will see the word "Start". click on that and then click OK. Restart your computer and your Service Center will be active. Thanks.
