meu windows inicia todos os processos e a maioria deles é desnecesario

Hi,

1 .Please first try to run the last item in Wise PC 1stAid.

2. Change to another anti-virus software which occupy less resource, such as "mse".

3. CPU has the character of  low power loss and low frequency, thus, speed improvements by optimization software is limited.
