wisecleaner_admin
Does the service name is "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager"? If yes, click Start---type services.msc in search box, press Enter----find out "Desktop Window Manager Session Manager", double-click it and click "Start" to start service, set its startup type as "Automatic", press OK to save settings. If there are any error messages displayed, note down them and send to us.
