Computer Running Slow After Recent Windows Update

Hi everyone,

I recently updated my Windows OS, and ever since then, my computer has been running noticeably slower. Programs are taking longer to open, and I've experienced some lag while browsing and using basic applications.

I've tried a disk cleanup and checked for any background processes, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced something similar after a Windows update? Any suggestions on what I could try to speed things up again?
