can't open up programs up from icons

can't open up my desk defragger lite or the device manager at all ive done all i know to do so .etc. [email protected]

Maybe sonething is wrong with desktop icon.

To resolve this, follow the method below.

 

Go here: http://www.stardock....s/iconpackager/

and get the trial version of IconPackager, install it, use it to switch to any icon package, then switch back (if you want to) the standard windows icons.
