Assistance Removed from WiseCare 365

Why was the "Assistance" button removed from WiseCare 365? Will I still get notifications on my desktop from Euask?

Hey,

Many user email to us, they didn't like Assistant, and didn't want to receive notifications. we considered it for a long time and decided to remoce it.

However, when we released v4.30, you are not the only one whom want to restore Assistant tab.

We are trying to find a method to make all user happey. Possibly we will add an option in Settings, user enable it, the Assistant will appear on main window.
