I am seeing a program where the name and publisher of the program are not encoded well. What I saw was this: Name: Çý¶¯¾«Áé Publisher: Çý¶¯Ö®¼Ò I am not sure whether or not I should uninstall the program. Please help me to know what the program is and what to do about it.
