window appears after bootup

This window appears on my pc desktop every time the pc has booted.

No cure found yet.

Check if the issue persists in the safe mode and post back with the details.

Step 2:

If the issue does not persist in the safe mode then there is a possibility that some third party programs installed on the computer is causing the issue.
