it seems the icons dissapear and then come back slowly on occassions where something is taking them away and putting them back. I am not sure which program is doing it. When i used your fixer it brought the icons back one at a time.

for some unknown reason I have been unable to get the down loadds.updates and I have used their windows update diagnostic tool as well. There is obviously a program that would be causing this to happen. I will most likely give up and hae the whole computer upgraded as I do need more RAm and could do with a newer usb from 2.0 to 3.0 and that would mean a new board and chip, unless you know better??

I try to open a MP3 and it gives a message about media player not available, but it is in the computer and I cannot find anywhere to re-install a version for my win7 pro 64, all it offers in one for 7 N and I do not even know what this is. Any info would be really appreciated.
