  1. Hi gren68! Please click here If that doesn't work, send an email to support at wisecleaner dot com Or wait here an answer by admin/developers.
  2. Thanks to you for having said the culprit Problem was: Google chrome (31?), mozilla firefox 25, opera (18?), safari (5.1?) weren't loading some webpages, like imdb.com, youtube.com, facebook.com, ign.com (and so forth). Only MSIE 11 and torch browser didn't have this problem (they were not affected by it) After a lot of tries, just starting the pc in safe mode revealed that the browsers were working good. Culprit program was Ad muncher. Why? Don't know... Maybe it was incompatible with some other installed programs on zikoeidos's pc.
  3. Wow! Finally a result Try the clean boot (its like safe mode, but you can enable few programs at a time)
  4. Hi stefany! Are you using ipfilters? Peerblock? Peerguardian? Are you using/changing your HOSTS file? Are you using any special antispyware program, like, just as an example, spybot search and destroy? Which programs have you recently installed on your system? Are you using p2p programs? If yes, are these programs running when the problem appears? Or does your problem appear even if your p2p programs are not running? Have you tried to scan your PC for malware? For example, with these programs: adwcleaner (click) Junkware removal tool (click) superantispyware free (click) sophos virus removal tool free (click) MBAM free (click) stinger 32 bit (click) or stinger 64 bit (click) (according to your windows BIT version) MS Safety Scanner 32 bit (click) or MS Safety Scanner 64 bit (click) (according to your windows BIT version) Looking forward for your kind feedback.

  6. Hi rashed! Have you already tried the proposed solution for your problem in wise PC 1st aid? If yes, but your Personal Computer is still slow, try: 1) download the following programs; installation is not required, since they are portable! adwcleaner (click) (The following ones are "zipped": you should just unzip them and they are ready!) Don't uninstall programs if you are unsure (to make disasters)!!! Close the program 4) Start wise disk cleaner (WDC): Click select all (bottom-left corner) If you are saving passwords in your browser(s), check the entry surf the internet: untick IE saved passwords, untick mozilla saved passwords, untick [your-browser] saved passwords Otherwise you could leave them ticked! Alternatively, you could use windows defrag (right click your system hard drive, properties, tools, defragment now) 8) From windows vista onwards: Open msconfig.exe, click services tab, tick Hide All Microsoft Services, check carefully which services you can disable Click the startup tab, disable non-essential things 9) Open taskschd.msc and check carefully if you have UNWANTED scheduled tasks. 10) Start wise registry cleaner (WRC): Click registry defrag tab (near system tuneup, top-left corner) Click analyse (top-right corner, green button) Save your data in every other opened program and close everything (but neither windows, nor WRC!!!) 8. Hi abeer! close chrome go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\google\chrome\user data\ rename deafult to backup-default Looking forward for your kind feedback!
  9. Have you tried with the firewall disabled? It seems that some antiviruses not correctly uninstalled could cause this behaviour. If this is your case, run their special uninstaller for their programs. Just as an example: if you have used Norton antivirus --> download and use Norton removal tool (for Windows) Another try (I use firefox as an example, but you can do the same for the other browsers): close firefox go to C:\Users\your-user-name\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles rename the present profile example: Mine is q3m3lfud.default --> q3m3lfud.backup

Per confrontarli più facilmente (invece che a occhio), puoi usare notepad++, scaricando il compare plugin da sourceforge.net

  17. Hi tracey! Does your PC start with that message and you can work on it OR does your PC start with that message and you CAN'T work on it? I have got one rundll32.exe inside c:\windows\system32 and I have a copy of it inside C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-rundll32_random-numbers (I think it is the same, but I only checked the size). I have got another one inside c:\windows\syswow64 and I have a copy of it inside C:\Windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft-windows-rundll32_random-numbers (I think it is the same, but I only checked the size). If you don't have copies inside those folders, you can copy those files from another pc with your same OS. How can you check if you have those copies inside your pc? Open a command prompt and type: dir c:\windows\rundll32.exe /a /b /s And you will have a list of the folders/directories where you can find rundll32.exe, any version it is... If this doesn't work, too, you can try to launch sfc /scannow from an elevated command prompt (command prompt started as an administrator). Looking forward for your kind feedback!
  18. Inside firefox tools, options, advanced tab - general (sub)tab, untick use hardware acceleration when available, click ok, close firefox, start it and try to navigate those websites... If this works, you could find a similar option inside the other browsers (if you want to use another browser that it is not firefox, nor MSIE).
