The unknown icon is a shortcut icon, if you cannot open or run it, two reasons:
1, The program of this shortcut is moved or deleted. The shortcut cannot connect to the program.
2, Someone modify the properties of this shortcut.
Solution:
1, If you can find out the EXE file of this program, delete this shortcut, right click the EXE file to create a new desktop shortcut.
2, If the program is deleted, reinstall it, create a desktop shortcut.
