If those files are bigger than 10 MB, run Wise Care 365--->System Cleaner--->Big Files Manager, find out duplicate files then delete them.

You can try following to solve your problem: (one of them) 1, Open www.adobe.com to download and install the latest version of Flash player. 2, Open Chrome, type chrome://plugins/ , click Details to expand all plugins, if there are two Adobe Flash Player, disable the old version. 3, If step 1 and 2 cannot solve your problem, uninstall Chrome then download and install the latest version of Chrome.

Please check your dvd disc whether supports burn. Or use another burn software to try.

I think you need to burn this installer to a DVD, then play the DVD to install.
