Sorry about it.
Please try this way:
1, Close Wise Care 365
2, Open C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
3, Copy this file hosts to Desktop
4, Use Notepad to open hosts file, delete wisecleaner contents, and save it.
5, Copy this new hosts file to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\, overwrite the old file.
6, Run Wise Care 365
