xilolee Posted September 2, 2014 Report Share Posted September 2, 2014 - Control panel, programs, turn Windows features on or off, tick internet Explorer 10 (or 11 if present), click ok. - If it is already ticked, untick it, click ok, restart Windows, then come back to turn Windows features on or off, tick internet Explorer 10 (or 11), click ok, restart Windows. - If that doesn't work: download Internet Explorer 10 or download Internet Explorer 11 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
