123yscid
Ever since I used the CCleaner for the first time it seem to have erased something thus preventing the emachine homepage to appear. Before using the CCleaner, it usually started with the emachine homepage then was redirected to igoogle page that I setup. Any suggestions? Config
Hi! Please follow the steps below to fix it. 1. Open your IE. 2. At the upper right corner, click the menu gear and select "internet options". 3. Reset your homepage to whatever you want, make sure the option "start with home page" is checked. 4. Save the settings. Meanwhile, we highly recommend that you uninstall ccleaner and use Wise Care 365 instead. http://www.wisecleaner.com/wisecare365.html Thx. 123yscid
Followed the suggested instructions and for some reason, even though it didn't work the first time I tried it (that is to say before I contacted you), it is working now - I am guessing that you must have done something to remedy the problem. I also uninstalled the CCleaner as recommended. Thank you for your help.
