application error

i added a software program "my doodle game" it installed, but wont run. i get "application error...the instruction at oxoo43aa35 referenced memory at oxoooooooo... the memory could not be read"

2, Run Wise Care 365 to clean junk files,

3, Run Wise Memory Optimizer to free up more memory to run My Doodle Game.
